Conference events for Wednesday (registration and mobile tour departure) will take place at the headquarter hotel (Hampton Inn) located at 2900 Eaglecrest Dr. Thursday & Friday, sessions will take place at the Emporia State University Memorial Union (1331 Market) on the second floor. Additional conference details, including tentative schedule of events is posted at kacm.us Please check your 'Know Before You Go' email which will be sent the week of conference with parking information and other details, or final conference program distributed at the event. Registration fees for the event includes all sessions, plus Wednesday dinner, and Thursday lunch and dinner. The headquarter hotel, as well as the other two hotel properties with room blocks serve a full hot breakfast included in the rate, so full breakfast will not be served as part of the event at the Union. Check out the optional Wednesday sessions, including an RSVP for the Kansas Women Leading Government (WLG-KS) chapter luncheon at 11:30 a.m., or mobile workshop options starting at 2:30 p.m. (RSVP for both events are included on the second step of the registration form).
Cancellations must be in writing and received no later than November 21, prior to the conference, for your registration fee to be refunded. The cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Rynae Redd. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. By registering, you agree to follow the KACM Code of Conduct for Events, adopted April, 2022.
