This page contains the results of the Municipal Court Practices Survey conducted in 2025. This survey was conducted by the League in response to the Supreme Court's Ad Hoc Report on Best Practices for Municipal Court. The goal of the survey is to allow cities to see how their fines for certain offenses compare to other cities around the state. The survey was sent to all cities across the state, with responses from 127 courts. For access to previous surveys or questions regarding this survey, please contact League staff.
