1. Sign into your city's profile on the League's website.

• If you know the username, but forgot the password, reset the password. Type in the username to reset the password.
• In most cases, the username for your city's account is going to be your city's name with no spaces. Example: City of Dodge City: dodgecity
• If you're unable to access the account, you will need to contact us, at 785-354-9565 or email webmaster@lkm.org.

2. Select the Welcome tab, then select Accounts and Settings.

3. Under Profile select Information & Settings.

4. Once logged in, Select the City Personnel sub menu tab. Scroll down to City Personnel.

Note: If City Personnel is not listed, you are not logged into your city's account. You are in your individual account. Sign out and sign into the city account. Review the instructions above.

To the left of each name, you will see icons representing different actions(hover icon to identify each action).

• Click the third icon to suspend that member's account.
• Click the second icon to detach that member's account.

Once you complete both steps, it may take up to 24 hours for the directory to be updated.

Click Create City Personnel. If you are adding more than one member, right click the link and open a new tab. This will allow you to return to the page after you have completed adding the new member.
