This webinar will provide an overview of essential employment laws and practices, including the basics of hiring and termination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, the Kansas Municipal Employee Whistleblower Act, and more! Participants will gain practical knowledge to help them navigate compliance requirements and avoid common pitfalls. Whether you are new to personnel management or looking for a refresher, this class will equip you with tools to support fair and effective workplace practices.
