reservations for The 2026 Trade will open this spring. 

 

Save the date for the 2026 League Annual Conference & Trade Show is taking place October 9 in Wichita at the Century II Convention Center. Due to overwhelmingly positive feedback, we will be continuing the practice of a single-day format, Friday only. The League Annual Conference will take placeThursday-Saturday (October 8-10, 2026).

Booths are 10x10, with pipe and drape, complete with an 8' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket. The hall is not carpeted, so if you choose to order a carpet square for your booth, you may do so via our contracted show decorator, the Henry Helgerson Company. Order forms for additional items or freight are available below.

Reservations will open in March (an email will be sent to previous exhibitors) honored on a first-come, first-serve basis and guaranteed only once the invoice has been paid. Cancellations are subject to a $100 fee, and no cancellations for a refund after August 1 will be honored.

Exhibitors must use the loading docks/freight doors located off W Douglas Ave and S Waco St for move-in/move-out. Use of single-entry glass doors for move-in is prohibited.

about the league conference

Each year, the League welcomes approximately 400-450 city officials for the largest municipal gathering in the state. Attendees consist of mayors, council/commission, clerks, city managers/administrators, as well as a handful of public works directors and other city personnel. Over 20 concurrent workshops, a general session, and many networking events are available throughout the three day event.

Vendors are set up ready to greet attendees on Friday only of the trade show, with more than four and a half hours to network directly with key decision makers. All meals served in trade show hall are accessible to vendors. If vendors would like the opportunity to continue meeting and networking with attendees, a ticket to the Friday night social event may be added for a nominal fee. 

Check back often for updates and additional information. Once registration closes (about two weeks prior to the event), a pdf of the attendee list, including name, city, and title will be posted. Sorry, we do not share emails or personal contact information, however once on site, you'll have the opportunity to download the app and reach out to attendees directly, or collect their contact information from your booth.
