Service Awards Program Certificates

All League member cities can order certificates for the following years of service:

 

10 years	15 years	20 years	25 years	30 years	35 years
40 years	45 years	50 years			*8 years (elected officials only)

 

City employees and elected officials are eligible for certificates if they have completed the appropriate number of continuous service years prior to August 30, 2025. City employees and elected officials who are eligible on or after September 1, 2025 should not be included as they will be honored at the League’s 2026 Annual Conference.

 

The League's 2025 Annual Conference will be in Overland Park on October 9-11. City employees who have served 40+ years with a city will receive a framed certificate and be recognized at the conference. More details will be available in August.

 

Ordering Instructions:

 

To order certificates for your recipients and have their information in the Service Awards program please download the Certificate Ordering Template.  Populate the required fields (last name, first name, title, years of service, city name). Return the template in an excel format to Kerry Pancoast prior to August 30, 2025.  

 

The certificates will be printed and mailed to the address we have on file for City Hall at the end of October.
