KMEA is a Member Driven Joint Action Agency which provides energy market solutions, customized energy portfolios, financial management programs, engineering/construction services, lineman services and many other member service programs. Each member city has a seat on the Board of Directors and has an equal voice in the direction of the agency. KMEA members can expect to benefit from a larger market presence and from a broader range of supply options from which the cities can choose.
