What are the actions to take if more than the allotted 10 people meet at safe distance for our council meeting Tonight at our community building at 7 pm in order to keep our distance.. All I want to happen is approve bills and pick our summer help. The rest can be tabled until we know what this pandemic is going to do. The essential people will be present 5 council members, 1 mayor, 1 city clerk, 1 city worker = 8! Letting two citizens in to show open meeting act! The only reason for the meeting is basically approve the bills. Please advise, I do not want to be tar and feathered by people who really should be staying at home. Mickey Sevart, Mayor of Thayer, Ks 66776
