The City of Mission Hills is currently seeking applicants for the position of Planning Services Assistant. This full-time position is administrative, technical, and paraprofessional support to the City Planner and the City’s review/approval processes. This position also works in tandem with the City’s right of way (ROW) inspector and City Administrator to process, issue, manage and close out all ROW permits. Key duties: application reviews, creating maps/graphics, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with City’s procedures/regulations. Must experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs, be detailed oriented and organized. Three to five years of related work experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range: $52,500-$67,500 DOQ, and excellent benefit package.
