The Finance Director reports to the City Administrator and provides leadership, direction, and business decision support regarding the financial and operational performance of the City of Riverside. This position supervises an Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk. Primary responsibilities include budgeting, accounting and financial management, reporting and auditing, financial planning, investment and debt management, compliance, and employee supervision. BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business required. MBA & CPFO preferred. 5-10 years progressively responsible financial management experience and 2-4 years supervisory experience required.
