1) Please participate in the LKM Strategic Planning Survey
As you may be aware, LKM is beginning the process to develop a strategic plan. One of the initial components of the planning process is an online survey with LKM members. The purpose of the survey is to get your thoughts on such things as LKM's vision and mission, the services offered by LKM, and strategic issues/priorities to address in the strategic plan.
A link to the survey is below. Please complete the survey by 8:00 a.m. October 23. The survey should not take longer than 15-20 minutes to complete unless you have a lot of information to share. All responses to the survey will remain anonymous and will be handled by Bernard Consulting Group.
Just click on this link or cut and paste it into your browser to begin the survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QFB32YR.
The survey will be managed by associates of The Bernard Consulting Group, Inc. (BCG), the consulting firm that is facilitating the planning process. Associates of BCG will analyze the survey responses and develop a summary report which will be used at an upcoming meeting with the Strategic Planning Committee.
Should you have any questions about the survey, or experience any difficulty with the survey, please contact BCG associate Laura New at lnew@bernardconsultinggroup.com or (816)822-9500.
Thank you in advance for your participation in the planning process.
